Museum Nights

An absolutely adorable wedding was created for our equally adorable bride Kyle last month at the San Diego Museum of Art. It was so fun and eclectic with a countless amount of owls, joined by such fun details as vases wrapped in maps and elements from the couple’s home upon each guest table.

Leading the charge was the ever so charming and talented Thomas of Thomas Bui Lifestyle, under his spell was was the dynamic team of Concepts Event Design, Wicked Spoon, TK&A and us of course!

Here are some of our images of the event with professionals soon to follow, enjoy!

The whole shebang…

…plus an owl of course!

Part of Kyle and Tim’s eclectic “Ceremony in the Round”. Each of the sixteen bridal party members placed a ceremonial prop down upon the altar after walking it down the aisle, as a form of communal ceremony and performance art.

Each guest table had black, white and wrapped vases filled with lush red, white and gray florals. Each of these settings was joined by an item from the couple’s home as well as books and vintage candles.

Each wrapped vase was enveloped in love notes, map paper, imported handmade paper from Europe, burlap or lace.

Guests departed the museum amidst a starry night fair well, hundreds of candles sparkled the steps of the museum upon departure.
